SCREEN PRINTING: printed with a 4-color press using all professional grade plastisol inks.

*Prices based on hanes, gildan, f.o.l., and jerzees standard 50/50 poly/cotton blend t-shirts in a wide variety of colors. Sizes youth small through adult XL. Larger sizes available for extra charge. Shirt brand or style variations also available, but prices will vary. **Union-made (in PA!) shirts available for $2.20 extra per shirt.**

Setup (12-99) = $15 per color/screen (ex: two-color print = two screens = $30 setup)
*Setup (100+) = $15 flat setup fee

One color print
12-49 = $4.90 per shirt
50-99 = $4.70 per shirt (including setup, 50 shirts = $250)
*100+ = $4.50 per shirt

Two color is an extra $.60 per shirt
Three color is an extra $1.10 per shirt
Four color is an extra $1.40 per shirt

Ink switch = $10 per color/screen
(ex: 25 black shirts w/ white ink, 25 white shirts w/ black ink, one-color print, all the same artwork = $10)

Multiple print locations are $.20 per shirt, per additional location / aka “flip fee”
(ex: one color front print, one color back print would be 2-color price plus $.20 per shirt)
*Flip Fee on quantities 50+ is $.12 per shirt
